Dr. Michelle Rupp, VMD, CCRT, CVMMP, CFFP
Dr. Michelle Rupp, VMD, CCRT, CVMMP, CFFP
Dr. Rupp began her veterinary journey at Penn State University, earning her bachelor's in Animal Bioscience with a minor in Microbiology, before completing her VMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.
Her early career spanned two paths. She spent a decade as a laboratory animal veterinarian advocating for research animal welfare in the pharmaceutical industry, work she still supports through consultative roles with college-level programs, while also building a growing role in private practice, which included serving as department head for rehabilitation programs at multiple veterinary hospitals.
After seeing firsthand how much physical therapy helped her own daughter, Dr. Rupp set out to bring that same care to her animal patients.

That same dedication shaped All Good Pets, which evolved from a behavior-focused practice into a house-call and in-home euthanasia service, and for more than a decade now has focused exclusively on acupuncture, pain management, and rehabilitation medicine, offered in patients' homes, through partner hospitals, and at its own brick-and-mortar location.

The Team
When we say “All Good Pets” is a family...we really mean it.
Emily Habeeb
Emily Habeeb has grown up alongside All Good Pets, accompanying her parents on house calls and integrative care appointments from infancy. Today, she assists with appointment setup and cleanup, equipment preparation and sanitation, and helps reset therapy spaces between patients.
Emily is a high school graduate and a valued member of the practice's team. She is neurodivergent, with agenesis of the corpus callosum, cerebral palsy, and autism, and brings a unique perspective to the inclusive philosophy of the practice. Emily is also a talented photographer. Her photographs are displayed throughout the practice and are available for purchase on site.
She is interested in pursuing a future career in pediatric nursing.
Peter Habeeb, LVT
Peter Habeeb brings decades of scientific, technical, and operational expertise to All Good Pets. He holds degrees in environmental science, biology, and veterinary technology, and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician with active licenses in Pennsylvania and New York.
He retired from a 34+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry, working in manufacturing, quality assurance, and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC).
At All Good Pets, Peter serves as Practice Manager, Veterinary Technician, and technical support, overseeing daily operations and providing hands-on clinical assistance to ensure the practice runs efficiently and to the highest standards of care.
